Perfect protection for web traffic within your network. The program limits visits to dangerous and undesirable web sites, whilst reducing the risk of virus infectionsfrom the internet.
Stop unwanted web activities in your network. Don?t let irresponsible individuals threaten the security of your servers and workstations.
Key Features:
? Advanced web traffic protection
? Blocking of known risk sites
? Elimination of unwanted web surfing
? Heuristic detection of hazardous web sites
The basic principle of web filtering is the classification of web sites into different categories. This program defines twentythree different categories of web content, and includes a comprehensive database of categorized addresses. The network administrator selects the categories which from the perspective of the company are inappropriate, and then determines whether these categories will be blocked or monitored.
Central administration
The program is installed between the company network and the internet, and is able to monitor all different kinds of web queries coming from workstations within the network. This means the administrator does not need to implement web filtering settings on each computer separately.
Multipoint filtering
Web queries coming from workstations are classified as objectionable or unobjectionable. For this purpose there are several filtering levels which include the comparison with a list of permitted and prohibited addresses, comparison with the database of categorized addresses, and finally analysis of the downloaded page.
Traffic statistics
For an overview of web traffic, the administrator has several graphical statistics to his disposal. They can view the most frequently visited web servers, the most frequently visited categories, the most active users within the given category, or the most frequent web server visitors.
